Monday: YE Buck Auction, explain the rules of "Bead-Ville" activity and review the 3 economic systems
Tuesday: Bead-Ville Activity
Wednesday: Chapter 10: Types of Floral Design
Thursday: Chapter 11: Site Assessment and Theme Development
Friday: Page 360: Christmas floral designs, choose flowers,design and make price list for Christmas arrangement

3rd Period: Animal Science 
Monday: Zoonotic Research activity and the safety and sanitation situation activity
Tuesday: Ted Talk Tuesday and Vet Key Terms and abbreviations
Wednesday: Vet Key terms and abbreviations
Thursday and Friday: Unit D (veterinary Science): Clinical exams.  In this unit students will learn the basics of clinical exams including: the signs of a healthy animal, patient histories, equipment, temperature, pulse and respiration, and the physical exam.


4th Period: Greenhouse Management
