Monday: Cuts of Pork and Pork By-Products diagram
Tuesday: Pig By-Products
Wednesday-Friday: Pig Escape Box Activity
4th Period: Junior High Ag
Monday: Create your own emblem
FFA Officers and their duties
Tuesday: Decorate FFA cookies and begin CDE project
Wednesday: CDE project
Thursday: Tools on the shop, how to read a tape measure
Friday: Shop tour and shop safety rules
5th Period: Woodworking
Monday and Tuesday: Build Push Sticks, plans for next project and lumber to be used
Wednesday-Friday: Hand Tool ID (videos and guided notes along with shop tour to identify tools in our shop)
6th Period: Welding I
